Passive Voice
The passive in present and past: is made, was stolen.
When do we use it?
When the action matters more than who did it, or when we don't know who did it.
My car was stolen last night.we don't know who

How do we form it?
be (am / is / are / was / were) + past participle. Who did it → by.
Cars are made in this factory.present
The bridge was built in 1920.past
The book was written by Orwell.by + who
Tip: Active: Someone cleans the room. → Passive: The room is cleaned.
