Pronouns replace the name of a person or thing. I is always written with a capital letter.

Negatives and questions
Negative: add not (I'm not, isn't, aren't). Question: put am / is / are first.

Tip: No contraction in short positive answers: “Yes, I am.” ✓ — “Yes, I'm.” ✗
