Much, Many, A Few, A Little
Quantifiers: much, many, a lot of, a few, a little.
Countable and uncountable nouns
Countable nouns have a plural (apples, friends). Uncountable nouns don't (water, money, time).

a few = some (countable), a little = some (uncountable).

much and many are most common in questions and negatives; in positive sentences a lot of is more natural.

Tip: money, information, advice and furniture are uncountable: much information, a little advice.
